In the ISM Executive MBA studies, I was particularly impressed by the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of leadership; business rhythm often only allows spending a little time reflecting on oneself as a leader or deepening knowledge about leadership. Better self-understanding and achieving leadership transformation are helped by a 360-degree behavioural study measuring the manager's behaviour, leadership potential and efficiency at the beginning of the studies. Many people must be involved in it - colleagues, relatives, friends. Therefore, the final image you get is very detailed. This test helped me see myself from the outside and understand how others see me. And this picture can often be very different from your imagination. I observed my reactive behaviour; I discovered my strengths and weaknesses.
