ISM Innovation and Project Management module - comprehensively examines all levels of the organization's project activities in order to increase the organization's innovative capabilities through the improvement of project competences:

strategic, which is aimed at connecting project activities with strategy, in order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization and the implementation of innovations;
organizational, which aims to use the organization's resources more efficiently, unifying and standardizing innovation and project activities and creating means to support them;
operational, whose main goal is to ensure the creation of quality innovations and project results on time and within the budget.

The unique content of the module is based on a modern approach to project management processes and their improvement in accordance with the strategic goals of organizations, and its structure is focused on the gradual development of participants' knowledge and abilities, studying scientific publications, performing group tasks and presenting their results, discussing and critically evaluating the work results of colleagues, and also in the preparation of research work - a consulting project aimed at improving the project activities of specific organizations.

Prof. Dr. Modestas Gelbūda is a professor at the ISM University of Management and Economics, founder of the Baltic Leadership Education Institute.
Modest Gelbūda completed his master's and doctoral studies in international management at AAU (Denmark) and has a total of 13 years of international experience, which includes research at world-leading institutions such as Stanford University (USA), Uppsala University (Sweden), Aalborg University (Denmark) and the London Business School school (United Kingdom). Modestas Gelbūda graduated from two of the most important European doctoral schools: international business (NORD-IB) and knowledge and management (EUDOKMA).
Modestas Gelbūda conducts research and teaches in the fields of international management, product innovation, management innovation, process innovation, entrepreneurship, human capital management. His publications have appeared in top international business research journals such as Journal of International Management, Management International Review, Journal of Business Ethics and others. He was a member of the editorial board of the European Management Review, the official journal of the European Academy of Management (EURAM).
Modestas Gelbūda is engaged in public sector innovation.
