The role of the leader is always important - he sets the goal, mobilizes the team, gives an example, and ensures that the result is achieved. And in a period of uncertainty, the role of a leader becomes critical: first of all, he provides clarity on what we will do, calms people down, or vice versa - energizes and mobilizes a onfused team, and is also the person who can, and sometimes has to, make unpopular decisions.
